  • Individual animal details (breed, age, body weight, health status, reproductive status, lactation phase, milk yield, feed intake, feed composition).
  • Farm size, type of operation, and geographical location (GPS coordinates if collected via app, or user-provided).
  • Methane emission data (measured or estimated through our tools, and associated metadata).
  • Other farm management data relevant to our services (e.g., feed inventory, cost data etc).
    Usage Data:
  • Information about how you access and use the Services (e.g., pages visited, features used, time spent on the site, clicks).

4.1 To Provide and Maintain Services: To operate MooRakshak platform, create and manage your account, provide access to features like precision nutrition planning (MooScore, MooBalance, MooBlend), facilitate methane monitoring and reporting (MooTrace), and enable precision livestock management (MooScan, MooSphere).
4.2 To Improve and Personalize Services: To understand how users interact with our platform, analyze usage patterns, troubleshoot technical issues, develop new features or improve existing ones, and customize your experience (e.g., tailoring recommendations).
4.3 For Communication: To send you service-related communications (e.g., account verification, technical notices, security alerts, updates to our Terms or Privacy Policy), and with your consent, send promotional and marketing communications about our Services or relevant third-party offerings.
4.4 For Research and Development: To conduct internal research, analytics, and studies to advance climate-smart dairying practices, optimize our algorithms, and develop new technologies. This may involve using anonymized or aggregated data.
4.5 For Carbon Credit Generation (if applicable): To collect, process, analyze, and verify methane emission data and related farm practices to facilitate the generation, tracking, and monetization of carbon credits for eligible farmers participating in our programs. This may involve sharing necessary data (often aggregated or anonymized, or specific data with explicit consent) with certified carbon credit agencies or auditors.
4.6 To Ensure Security: To protect the integrity and security of our Services, detect and prevent fraud, unauthorized access, and other malicious activities.
    For Legal Compliance:

    For Business Operations:
